Thank you for choosing Whole Life Dentistry! We are excited to welcome you and your family to our office, and learn more about your dental goals and history. In order to help you feel comfortable and ensure you made the right choice, we offer a complimentary visit to discuss any concerns or questions you may have.

Once you’ve chosen to become our patient, your initial appointment will include a comprehensive exam complete with lots of pictures of the inside of your mouth which will help us evaluate your current dental health and formulate a treatment plan. We treat every patient as an individual and strive to help you achieve the healthiest mouth possible.

We ask that all patients under 18 be accompanied by a parent or guardian during the initial visit, so we can discuss the appropriate dental care with both patient and caretaker.

You can save time during your first visit by completing our required new patient forms in advance. This will allow us to focus more on you and less on the paperwork.

Payment Options

We are committed to providing you the optimal level of care and have several options available to help you afford the care you need. We are Cigna participating providers, and accept benefits from other insurance providers as well.

Other methods of payment:

  • Cash, personal checks, and payments made in advance are eligible for a courtesy savings reduction
  • Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express
  • Third-party financing through CareCredit and LendingClub.

We do NOT accept Medicaid at this time.
